Agel Automations provides workflow automations configured by the account owner. When third-party services are connected, the automation may process information needed to perform the configured task.

Information accessed

Depending on the workflow, this may include email messages, spreadsheet data, message metadata, and other information made available by connected services.

How information is used

Information is used only to operate the configured automation, such as reading relevant messages, transforming or summarizing information, and writing results to an authorized destination.

Google user data

When Google services are connected, Google data is used only for the specific workflow functions authorized by the account owner. Google data is not sold or used for advertising.

Third-party services

Automations may transmit information to services explicitly configured in a workflow, such as n8n, Google services, or an API provider, only as needed to perform that workflow.

Data retention

Information may remain in the systems selected by the account owner, such as email, spreadsheets, or workflow logs, according to those systems' settings.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect connected credentials and workflow data. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may disconnect a service, revoke authorization, or stop the related automation at any time.
